How we work

Known work gets priced. Unknown work gets assessed.

You get a written scope and a number before anything comes off the wall, and a photo record of what it looked like before we touched it.

  • Every unit photographed before work begins
  • Written scope and price approved before work starts; email approval is enough
  • Minor repairs during an assessment only with your text approval first
  • Careful work in occupied spaces, early mornings and off-hours when the business needs it
  • Completion package and a plain-language operating card at closeout
